I’m originally from Brazil and I have dual citizenship. My native language is Portuguese, but I also speak English and I understand Spanish as well. My major accomplishment was to get an Associate degree in Arts with honors at SCF, formerly known Manatee Community College. In Brazil, I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at Faculdades de Ciência da Computação em Brasília – DF.
In USA, I worked at different Retail Stores and Banking, which made me to realize that what I like most is the interaction with people by helping them. My business is built on: Dedication, Communication, Determination, Integrity, Honesty and Confidence while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to my client’s needs. My strong work ethics, customer service, attention to detail and passion for working with people led me naturally to a Real Estate Career. I know how to market a seller’s property using the latest internet marketing tools to expose their property to the widest possible range of qualified buyers and to obtain the highest possible price under the best terms and conditions. Likewise, when working with a buyer, I have knowledge of how to negotiate the purchase to acquire property at the best possible price. I’m a Member Florida Association of Realtors® and a* Member National Association of Realtors® and I’m also a Certified Short Sales Specialist. I say to all that to conquer the “American Dream,” which is to be able to purchase their own home is possible! I’m a positive thinker and I believe that everything is possible through God. While I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love dancing, swimming and reading.
